Hi Greg,
I have had our current Disco in Darwin for three and half years, and have resorted to doing my own servicing - and going to the dealership (mitsubishi) for diagnostic issues only. Normally have to wait at least a week to get a booking.
I dont think there is a Landrover specialist other than the dealer. I am contemplating purchasing something to read and clear faults in the very near future, sick of having the vehicle sitting and waiting to get "plugged in" and faults cleared, checked.

Gday Greg,
Cant add much to that, had my current 2001 disco and a D1 before that in Darwin last 12yrs and most of the good guys have left town.
Do most jobs myself and reluctantly use the stealership in dire emergency.I source all parts from south including filters.
I have nanocom,so try to do as much as possible myself with the help of forums like this.Prompt Auto's in coconut grove have done a couple little things and so far have been ok.Proberly not the answers you hoped for..
Cheers Ean
