2000 Td5 viscous fan

At 73000km my viscous fan  is kaput.

List price is around $530!
Any suggestions for a supplier for a good price replacement?

I know I can just disable the function and turn it into a fixed fan drive setup but for now just looking for the best place to buy a replacment.

All i can suggest is trying a wreckers, Depending on where u are, u could try Triumph Rovers spares in Adelaide, they ship next day to anywhere in the country, great bunch of guys.

What was the total landed cost after freight, customs and GST?

no uk vat  due foreign transaction

no gst due foreign transaction

no customs due private purchase of small amount < $400 ( i assume)

took 7 days from transaction to arrive by courier

original landrover part.

I bought a viscous coupling for my V8 from Land Rover Spares in Qld 07 4957 5854 but I can't remember how much I paid for it, although it was definitely cheaper than via my friendly Land Rover authorised dealer spares centre.
