Parking in the main street of Lilydale near Coles close to the railway line will probably knock out your starter system.  This includes on the opposite side of the road.

Speak to the pharmacist in Priceline Pharmacy, and ask him/them to turn off the wireless ordering system.  They are used to it by now...

Park out the back of Coles, accessed off John St, and you'll have no problem...

I have parked near the BiLo a couple of times and havent had this problem.  I think last time I was there is was about 7:45am so the Chemist might not have started up their system.

Interesting problem though...
