Here are a couple of pics of my '03 Disco with 3" lift (King fr. springs, Pro Comp shocks & 4x4Des. & Eng airbag lift)
Taken at Landcruiser Mountain Park 28-30 Oct.
My 33" rubber didn't turn up in time so I had to make do with my 31" Claws.

Nice pics Brooksy! I love that strectch of Camp road.

How did you find the Claws? Not  a common tyre on the Landies.
Cheers

Hi Slunnie,

The Claws are brilliant tyres, they just don't give up. The only problem with the bias Claws (comp version) like I have is that they tear-up pretty easy on sharp shale & rock but are excellent traction tyre in all extreme conditions.

They are seriously dangerous on wet bitumen though !!!!!!!

The tyres I have are 31"x11.5"LT16, I would buy the 33" Claws if they would fit but they are 13.5" wide so I had no chance !!

Hey Gary,

Good to hear from you champion. Yeah they are 285/75R16 on the 7" rim. I am still chasing 8" alloy rims.

I have just put them on the 7" steelies for the Fraser Is. trip & then I will probably take them off until I can get some 8" rims or widen these steelies another 1".

PS : are you still sending me the LCMP vids & the L/Rover manuals on Disc ?

Let me know when you have my address so I can delete it !!

cheers
