Hey Guys - bit late perhaps, but I understand that all that is need ed is to invert the bracket and drill two new holes through the door. Old holes are covered. Will then take 245s maybe even 265s.

T or F ?

Cheers

False, don't drill the door at all.

To invert it you need to flip the carrier, use the load spreading bars as a template to redrill the middle holes in each side of the carrier. Before you bolt it back in you will also need to move the wiper arm by 1 spline to clear the carrier, or grind the carrier a little to allow some clearance of the arm. Bolt it together and put your tyre on it.

This setup will take 255/85's, 285/75's deflated and also Simex 33's.
